Dr. Lenka Lhotská is associate professor and head of the Department of Natural Sciences of FBME. She is co-author of more than 100 publications (31 journal papers, 13 book chapters) in knowledge-based systems, machine learning, multi-agent systems, AI applications, and advanced biomedical signal processing. Her research interests are distributed AI, machine learning, knowledge-based systems, and applications of these methods to medical area and ambient assisted living. She has been project leader of a number of local and international R&D projects.
